29 October 2018
It’s almost hilarious that strapping our cellphones to our bodies is now just as commonplace as tying our shoelaces, before we head to the gym. We rounded up our top five fitness and sports apps that’ll help you stay in shape.

Oh, and the best part – they’re all free!

  1. Couch to 5K

Want to start running, but the couch potato life is just too comfortable? The Couch to 5K app will help you get started and get running, with its gradual, well-paced, and highly effective programme. Building you up incrementally, it’s the perfect app to help you get running, without feeling overwhelmed. Grab it for your iPhone here, or your Android device here.

  1. Nike+ Training Club

  1. Daily Burn

Okay, okay, this one’s not totally free, but it does deserve a prime spot on our list. Start using Daily Burn on a 30-day free trial, and we’re sure you’ll sign up for a subscription thereafter. Streaming audio and video workouts instructed by expert trainers, Daily Burn is your best friend if you can’t get to the gym for a class. No matter your fitness level, Daily Burn has got you covered.
